My Elf duties started in 2020 following a request from a family member to send a reply to their daughter, who had enquired after Father Christmas, and how he was coping in the pandemic.

This then became the springboard for setting up these wonderful letters and it spiralled from there. They are a pure joy to make, and each letter is totally unique to your little one with a message from Father Christmas congratulating them on up to 2 achievements during this year. Whether that has been starting school, learning to ride their bike, or being a superstar elder sibling; whatever they have done is special and they all deserve a little bit of magic at this time of year.

Please note: Due to the personalisation of the product, the complete turnaround time for each letter is up to 7 days; including delivery. During the peak festive period with Royal Mail this may stretch to 10 days. Last orders for letters will be taken on Monday 6th December when the Grotto will close for this year.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged, I can’t accept any returns or exchanges for these personalised letters.
