How it Works
You will have a million and one things to think about when planning your big day, so my aim is to make the process of creating your wedding stationery as fun, and as easy as possible. Once you’ve sent me your initial enquiry, here’s how it all works:
S T A R T I N G P O I N T
Whether you have an initial idea of what you’re after, or if you’ve no real clue where to start, we can chat all this through either over email/phone or in person over a coffee. It’s really useful for me to see and hear all about your plans to ensure your stationery will compliment all aspects of your day. So send over links to your Pinterest pages, (we all know that’s the first thing that gets made!), or if you’re really struggling to know where to start, even the time of year you’ve chosen, or a favourite colour can be a great starting point.
How much does it cost I hear you ask!
My invitation suites are printed digitally with trusted suppliers, printers I’ve worked with for years and have built strong relationships with. As a result, I am proud to be able to offer affordable, but still unique and special stationery for all my couples. I’m also currently offering 10% and a FREE welcome sign, so please do head over to my Prices page and have a look, I work with a range of budgets, so do feel free to enquire if you have any questions.

Once I’ve received your enquiry I will create a personalised quote, with a breakdown of costs. For each commission I also provide an individual design toolkit free of charge to make sure I’ve got a good understanding of your vision before any design work takes place.
D E P O S I T
Following a review of your bespoke toolkit and quote, I will then create a 50% deposit invoice to secure your booking in the studio. It’s at this stage that I’ll also send you a briefing sheet which will help guide you to what wording and detail I’ll need to start making your stationery.
T H E F U N B I T
With all the detail I need in place, this is when the magic happens! All the elements of your invitations will come together during the design process. Whether that be customising one of the studio collection suites, or creating something bespoke, each set of designs is made from scratch. With every detail from the fonts chosen, colours, layout and illustrations tailored to you and your big day.
A P P R O V A L
I will send over a PDF of your design suite for you to review and approve. The costs for my services will always include up to 2 rounds of amendments. Any further changes after this will incur an additional charge.
A L M O S T T H E R E
Once final designs are signed off for print, I will then invoice for the remaining amount due. The designs will then go into production.
P R I N T I N G
& D E L I V E R Y
All work comes back to the studio for me to quality check. Your stationery will be careful packaged in my studio, then sent via Royal Mail tracked delivery. Your quote includes next day delivery by 1pm, depending on sizes and items to be sent.
For larger items such as table plans, delivery charges will reflect the additional care and logistics that go into sending these out. Wherever appropriate I will always aim to have these items sent direct to you to avoid additional costs and carbon emissions. For my local couples (within 25 miles of Guildford, Surrey) I often become Postman Pat and deliver to you, or with venues such as RHS Wisley and The Barn at Botley Hill, where I’m a recommended supplier, I can deliver On the Day pieces directly to the team there.
